What do we do?

• We promote new ways of organising meetings in order to: consult; participate; work co-operatively; work in partnership; create dialogue; build consensus and resolve conflict.
• Develop and promote methods of working with groups, organisation and local communities that encourage people to voice their opinion in their chosen language.

Why should you use our members' services?

• We are a network of trained facilitators with a broad range of experience and skills who can plan and facilitate meetings to your requirements.
• We are independent, impartial facilitators who make sure that everyone has their say.
• Our services are used by the Countryside Council for Wales, Gwynedd Council, Communities First, Mantell Gwynedd, village hall committees, Tai Eryri, local voluntary groups and others.
• We work bilingually throughout Gwynedd.
• We can help you collect and share information; make decisions; get the opinion of user groups and reduce conflict.
